Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log in to your Computer Mania account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
